This Privacy Policy explains how Iconic Tech LLC, doing business as Rankchat Agency ("Rankchat Agency", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit rankchatagency.com, book a call, fill in one of our forms, receive text messages from us, or use our services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, mobile phone number, business name, trade, service area and anything else you choose to tell us when you book a call, fill in a form, reply to a text or email, or become a client.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we and our providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the link or ad that brought you here (for example utm tags), and similar usage data. We collect this with cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Client data. If you become a client, we also process information about your business and the leads and customers who contact you through the systems we set up (for example their names, phone numbers and messages). We process that information on your behalf to deliver the service.

2. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold calls, and follow up with you.
• To provide our services: building and hosting your website, publishing pages, and running your lead, text and review tools.
• To send appointment reminders, service messages and, where you have agreed, occasional offers.
• To understand how our website and ads perform and to improve them.
• To bill clients, keep records, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, appointment reminders, follow ups and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not include the service providers that deliver our messages for us (such as our messaging and CRM platform), which may process your number only to send the messages you agreed to receive.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers who work for us under contract, such as our CRM, calendar and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), website hosting, analytics and email providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising platforms such as Meta, which receive website activity data (not your SMS opt-in data or consent) so we can measure our ads and show them to relevant businesses.
• Legal reasons, when required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or harm.
• Business transfers, if our business is merged, sold or reorganised, subject to this policy.

5. Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of interest based ads from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Some parts of our website, such as the booking calendar, may not work without cookies.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for as long as you are a client, and as required for legal, tax and accounting reasons. We then delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to opt out of certain sharing for advertising, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. 9. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
